| Many corporate and community groups come together throughout the year to support the GNGH Foundation in raising money to purchase new or replacement equipment used in our hospital. This year the hospital has more than $6 million in equipment requests. We can't do it on our own! But thanks to our many supporters we don't have to. |

When you make a contribution to the GNGH Foundation your name will appear on our online donor wall for
a period of 12 months, plus you receive a personal thank you letter and a tax receipt in the mail. This
receipt can be used with your tax filing for that calendar year or can be accumulated with other charitable
tax receipts over five subsequent years to benefit from some of Canada Revenue Agency’s tax incentives*.
(*Deferring your tax receipt for any given year should always be discussed with your financial advisor and/or accountant to
ensure you receive the greatest personal benefit based on the most current rules and regulations from the Canada Revenue
Agency.)

| GIFTS GREATER THAN $5,000 Donors who give over $5,000 are listed according to donor category on the permanent Donor Wall located in the Greater Niagara General. They will also receive a personal thank you call from a GNGH Foundation Board Member and an invitation to an Annual Recognition Event. Donor Wall Categories include: Friend ($5,000 to $9,999) Partner ($10,000 to $24,999) Patron ($25,000 to $99,999) Benefactor ($100,000 to $249,999) Founder ($250,000+) |

raising funds for equipment identified by the
doctors and allied healthcare professionals
who provide diagnosis and care of patients
here in Niagara Falls.
Also, if you want the money you raise to
remain at the Greater Niagara General you

on behalf of the Greater Niagara General
Hospital that the GNGH Foundation must
