| And, did you know that the GNGH Foundation is the arms' length agency established with the sole purpose of working with the community to raise and manage the funds that go towards the purchase of new or replacement equipment at the Greater Niagara General? |

| In 2009 the hospital staff, management and administrators at the Greater Niagara General have identified over $6 million in equipment needs for the year, |
| When making your donation you can choose the department where you want your money to go. By allowing the hospital to determine which equipment to purchase allows the medical teams who use the equipment to determine areas of greatest need. Or simply make your donation as an un-designated gift -- this allows the hospital to put the money to use in an area where it will do the most good or is of greatest priority. |
